It is a great benefit to have a road map for my leadership journey. I'm taking a step up in my current role and having a framework to learn and apply has been the first step to being more comfortable in my role as a manager and a leader. This program hasn't taken away the struggles of my role, but it has equipped me with the tools to handle them and reduce their frequency.
I found Paul to be engaging, energetic and authentic. He has a warmth and openness that enhances his communication style, and he is able to convey his theories and techniques in a straightforward and practical way without getting lost in jargon or mumbo jumbo.
