What is the real cost?

Paul has been a performance and business educator for over a decade to executives, leadership teams and professionals. He has guided hundreds of professionals to build and drive their own strategies.

With experience in corporate environments, Paul has built a reputation for engaging groups in a fun and stimulating environment that gets the job done.

As a lecturer at RMIT in business and marketing, Paul ran courses for large groups of students teaching keystone tools in critical thinking and business management. In his role as Senior Facilitator at the Australian Institute of Management, Paul has mentored thousands of professionals through real world Strategic Thinking programs. As a coach, Paul has successfully guided Senior Leaders through their Strategic Planning needs one-on-one for ongoing application.

And, his time delivering state funded programs into local government for the facilitation group, Co Squared has equipped Paul with hundreds of hours of human centred design facilitation experience. 

Paul is passionate about people, and takes a considered approach to help leaders face the daunting challenges being faced. He empowers people to voice their perspectives, decide on clear actions, and communicate powerfully.
